Prepare ingredients: whole-wheat and regular white bread flour, yeast, purified water, sea salt, sweeteners - could be honey or maple syrup (no sugar), soy milk, olive oil, nuts or raisins or anything you like.
As you understand the secret is in the details.
I would like to use the purest and most healthy ingredients I can find. Most often I use distilled water, cold pressed olive oil, organic soy milk and not bleached flour. As much as I can I add organic components like nuts or raisins. It is not always easy to find the organic ones. It usually takes time and costs more.
This is a very good nutritional supplement full of vitamin B, essential minerals.
You can buy this product in any health food store. Myself, I buy it in the Wegman's store in the health food section.
